Why China?
Expert care. More possibilities.

Look beyond cost. China's leading hospitals combine extensive clinical experience, specialist teams and advanced equipment. Add a coordinated visit and local language support to make that expertise easier to access.

Leading Grade 3A hospitals. Four major cities. Explore your options ↗

Make one trip do more.

Major hospitals bring consultations, diagnostic services and follow-up resources together. Coordinate the steps within one visit window, reduce repeated travel, and arrive with a schedule rather than a list of unanswered questions.

Discover what your budget can do.

Selected public-hospital consultations and tests can cost substantially less than some home-country self-pay quotes. Compare the same scope with an itemized hospital quote, then include travel and support to see the value of the whole trip.

A hospital visit, with someone beside you.

Clinical experience. Advanced equipment. Real evidence.

One example from our hospital directory: Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center.

Experience built at scale

The hospital reports 2.5 million outpatient visits and 80,000 operations in 2025, with multidisciplinary clinics and integrated disease centers. A substantial clinical workload brings repeated experience with specialist care.

Tools for complex specialist care

Its official profile lists 22 high-end devices, including da Vinci surgical robots, PET-CT, PET-MR and 5.0T MRI, supporting specialist assessment and care. Your clinician determines which equipment is appropriate.

Cost advantages depend on the service and your payment route at home. Travel can change the total. Appointment dates, report times and escort availability need confirmation; no speed or savings guarantee is made.

A local companion.
From arrival to peace of mind.

Your local companion in China helps bridge the language and the hospital routine: routes, registration, agreed communication support and report handoff. We coordinate third-party local partners around your visit.

Illustrative service flow. The exact route depends on your hospital and confirmed partner scope.

Before the visit

Help match an appointment request to a city, hospital and department; check the hospital’s official channel, foreign-patient eligibility, arrival point, required identity documents and the fee or booking instructions. Plan a metro or taxi route and agree the meeting point. Taxi and hospital fees are separate unless quoted.

At the hospital

Meet at the agreed entrance, help with check-in, find the correct clinic or examination area, understand payment and queue steps, and keep the day’s confirmed schedule together. The hospital controls registration, triage and clinical decisions.

During the consultation

Help you prepare questions and support agreed language communication. Confirm interpreter qualifications and scope in advance; an escort is not automatically a certified medical interpreter. Ask the clinician directly about symptoms, findings and medical recommendations.

Reports and follow-up

Coordinate report collection or delivery, an agreed written translation, and the hospital’s follow-up contact route. A plain-language or translated report is not a clinical interpretation; only a qualified clinician explains medical significance and treatment options.

We coordinate third-party local support; we are not a hospital and do not diagnose or deliver medical care. Confirm partner identity, language, hours, quote, travel expenses, cancellation terms and accessibility needs in writing before payment. Share identity documents or medical records only directly with the chosen hospital or a verified partner, with your consent.

A few things
you should know.

Can I choose the hospital and doctor?

Yes. Share your preference when coordinating a visit. The provider confirms eligibility, clinician availability and whether the requested clinic is appropriate.

Will the AI diagnose me or choose treatment?

No. SinoGuide explains the process and helps with practical planning. Diagnosis, test selection and treatment decisions belong to qualified clinicians.

Is it always cheaper or faster?

No. General public clinics, international departments and private hospitals have different fees and access rules. Compare an itemized quote, confirmed dates and your total travel cost.

Is travel, insurance or a visa included?

No. Verify visa requirements through official channels. Confirm insurance coverage directly with the insurer and provider. Flights, stays and travel services are separate.

Does an appointment request mean my visit is booked?

No. It is received for coordination only. The hospital sets the available time, registration process and any deposit. Wait for the hospital’s confirmation before booking travel.

What if I need urgent help?

This service is for planned visits. For an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately; in mainland China, call 120.

Delete my account and appointments

Booking deposit

Escort support is US$200 per day. The booking deposit will be agreed later; no payment is collected now.

Your request is stored with your account for our coordination team. An administrator will review it; a hospital appointment is confirmed only by the hospital.

Privacy & service notes

Sino Healthcare Companion coordinates independent care visits. Hospitals supply medical services; third-party companies supply escort services. Appointment submissions are requests and do not reserve a hospital slot.

Account and appointment data

Your name, contact email and phone, schedule and optional brief medical concern are stored so you and our coordinator can view the request and prepare a rough budget. Leave the concern blank if you only need escort support. Do not include passport details or medical records. Sign out on shared devices; you can delete your own account and requests.

AI questions

Your question and recent conversation are processed through our servers by an AI service to maintain context. Avoid identifying medical records, passport details or other sensitive information.

Quotes and confirmation

Escort support is US$200 per day, separate from medical and travel costs. Medical budgets are broad estimates prepared by our team only when a medical concern is provided; they are not hospital quotes and actual bills can differ substantially. The coordinator records the agreed booking deposit; no payment is collected now. Hospital entries are references, not partners or endorsements.
